Boska Holland has created the perfect fondue set for serving up to 4 people. The included tea light candles keep the cheese and chocolates at just the right temperature for dipping. The stand fits snugly into the wooden base to keep the ceramic bowl directly over the candles at the correct height to avoid burning.
The Boska fondue set is made from oak wood, glass, ceramic and stainless steel and includes the fondue stove, pot, four fondue forks and five tea lights.
Swiss and Gruyere cheese with a hint of mustard and white wine are a perfect combo for dipping rustic breads as appetizers. Try putting different cheese in the mix like parmesan, mustard and blue cheese, all are great with toasted baguettes. In the mood for a hearty fondue, try one made with sharp cheddar and dark beer for dipping slices of pre-cooked sausages. Don't forget the extras like anchovies, garlic and herbs.
For a romantic dessert for two, add your favorite chocolate fondue ingredients for dipping fruits and sweet cakes, then enjoy the warm atmosphere provided by the tea lights that maintain the heated fondue at the correct temperature.
