Hammer Stahl will warranty your cutlery be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any piece found to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge. This only applies to the original purchaser. If it is destroyed by flood, storm, earthquake, misuse, commercial application, neglect, accident, or alerted in any way that its performance is affected your cutlery will be replaced at half of the current retail price, plus shipping and handling (price is subject to change).
