The Messermeister Meridian Elite 7" Kullenschliff Vegetable Knife combines many great features together to create a superior vegetable knife. The blade on this vegetable knife is a full 2.5” wide, a perfect width to scoop up chopped vegetables and transfer the food to a pot or bowl.
This vegetable knife has a blunt spatula tip and a slight curve to allow for a rocking motion when cutting. The long full blade of this knife is built to withstand a heavy workload making this knife ideal for either the home or professional chef. Grantons on either side of the blade help prevent food from sticking to the blade while cutting, slicing, and chopping.
Properly caring for your Messermeister knife is very important, and will help extend the life of your blade. Maintaining a sharp edge on your blade and keeping food from drying to it can help prevent injury while using your knife. After you are finished with your knives, clean them with warm soapy water, fully dry, and safely store them in a blade guard, knife block, or an in-drawer storage tray. Do not wash your knives in the dishwasher or let them soak in water.
