Wusthof Classic Offset Breakfast Knife, 8" CLOSEOUT

Forged from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel, the Wusthof Classic 8" Offset Breakfast Knife easily cuts through crusts and firm outer skins. Forged blades are often better balanced and stronger than stamped blades. The offset blade of the Breakfast knife keeps your knuckles from hitting the cutting surface while slicing breads, cakes, and other foods.

The bolster of the knife blends seamlessly with the specially developed synthetic handle, hygienically fitted with triple rivets. For added comfort, the handle has been ergonomically shaped to fit comfortably in your hand. The blade of the Classic 8" Offset Breakfast Knife has been sharpened using state of the art PEtec sharpening technology. This sharpening Technology produces a 20% sharper edge with twice the edge retention.

It is recommended that the Wusthof Classic 8" Offset Breakfast Knife be hand washed rather than placed in the dishwasher.
