The Wusthof Gourmet 6” Curved Boning Knife will allow you to easily separate meat from bone. The gentle curve of the blade allows for a more natural movement as you slice through meat. This is especially useful when jointing.
Wusthof Gourmet knives feature a full tang blade, that is triple riveted to the specially developed Polyoxymethylene (POM) handle. These handles were developed for comfort while using the 6” Curved boning knife for extended periods.
High-carbon stain free steel tempered to 56˚ Rockwell, is precision laser-cut stamped. This steel offers excellent edge retention, even while cutting for longer periods of time.
