The blade is given a grazed finish for an eye-pleasing brushed-steel look, and sharpened to a 16˚ angle each side. The black handle is formed using durable polypropylene synthetic resin into a traditional, easy-to-grip Japanese style. For best results, Kai Wasabi Black cutlery should be hand washed.
