30 Day Return: Chefproknives.com offers a 30 day return policy on all knives purchased on Chefproknives.com. The term of the policy begins with the date of shipment and extends 30 consecutive days. Please refer to to the Preparation for Return section of this policy for the proper way to ship your product. Damaged products due to improper shipping will not be refunded. Please note that we do not accept returns for used Knives due to sanitary reasons.
No Questions Asked: Your purchase may be returned for any reason within 30 days. This ensures your full satisfaction and confidence with your cutlery or accessory purchase from Chefproknives.com. Refunds will be credited back to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
Restocking Fees: All returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee within the 30 day return period.
Returned Merchandise Condition: All returned merchandise must include original box, packaging materials, manuals, accessories, etc. Any items not returned will be billed full retail value. Merchandise must be returned in new condition. Damaged or abused merchandise may be refused for credit and will be returned to the customer at their shipping expense.
Return of Merchandise: Please contact customer support for Return Authorization at our Toll Free Number: 1-888-CHEF-PRO before returning any product. Shipping cost for the return of merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. Customers may return merchandise through any commercially approved package delivery company, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS. We strongly encourage our customers to fully insure their returned package as Chefproknives.com is not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If the customer is unable to make arrangements for return, Chef Pro Knives can make arrangements for pick-up and return of the merchandise for the customer. All shipping charges will still be the responsibility of the customer and a customer service representative from Chefproknives will be able to provide you with the full shipping amount you will be liable for prior to agreeing to this method of return.
Preparation for Return:It is the customer’s responsibility to package merchandise in original packaging for safe transport. Returns will be refused without the original box and packing material.
