Utilizing a “mezzaluna”, or half-moon design, two handles molded from a quality synthetic polymer are featured on each side of the crescent stainless steel blade. Mincing is accomplished by rocking the blade back and forth over the ingredients to be minced. Ideal for herb-baked chicken or pork dishes, or any recipe that calls for finely diced seasonings.
