Set in a beautiful bamboo, the Wusthof Big Studio Block is a well known pleaser. Having 6-slots open to house all your needs, this block can accommodate five knives and a pair of Wusthof kitchen shears.
Standing at 9-inches tall x 3.5” x 9.5”, this block will not take up large amounts of counter space. Leaving more room for your to utilize, as well as keeping your knives and shears within arm’s reach. In addition to the convenience of location, the Wusthof Big Studio Block will allow your knives to be safely stored instead of in a drawer where blades can become damaged and dull. The two large slots on the block are made to accommodate 8” blades, such as an 8” chef’s knife and an 8” bread knife. In the center knife slot, a 5” santoku blade can fit perfectly. The two smaller slots are ideal for utility and paring knives. This block features a rubberized bottom to increase safety.
