The chinese cleaver also features a wide, flat blade that gives it the ability to carry food from the cutting board to the wok or bowl. Wusthof has constructed this traditional Eastern cutlery with its trademark attention to quality and detail. High-carbon stainless steel is forged into a full-tang blade, which is then complimented by a triple-riveted ABS polymer handle, granting the user complete maneuverability.
