This prevents the more delicate foods from sticking to the blade as you slice. This versatile Japanese-style chef’s knife is the perfect choice to slice, chop, mince and dice nearly anything, it excels with fish, meat and vegetables. The 7” blade length readily manages medium-to-large sized food with its heft and leverage.

Wüsthof precision-stamps each Silverpoint II knife using state-of-the-art laser technology. The blades then undergo contemporary grinding and polishing procedures that produce a compound angle that tapers bolster-to-tip and spine-to-edge for superior strength and flexibility.
